How to kill your abusers

I made Rage 45 for Rageheart today:

The Annihilation Method: How To KILL Your Abusers Without Actually Hurting Them (Or Even Speaking To Them) 🤯

I remember using this technique a couple of years ago when I was staying near Canberra, the capital of Australia.

I was in the middle of Tidbinbilla National Park and it had me kicking and screaming and jumping and smashing as if my life depended on it… desperately hoping no bushwalkers, picnickers or joyful school excursions stumbled across me.

The view from one of the hikes in Tidbinbilla

I’m not sure what they would have thought.

Either that I’ve just killed and buried someone nearby…

…or that I’m insane 😮

That’s the thing with annihilation work:

It’s tricky, intense and it can overwhelm you if you’re not ready for it.

That’s why it’s Rage 45 in Rageheart and not Rage 1. Because it takes time to build your capacity to stay embodied and connected to sensation before we start to tap into some of the deepest, darkest, most primal desires we have.

The basic idea is this:

When we’ve been been through any kind of abuse, be it physical, sexual or emotional, there is an automatic fight-or-flight response. Fight back or run away.

It’s not simply a script. It’s energetic/physical. Fear and anger are two examples of the “energy” or “emotion” that fuels it. This includes chemicals like adrenaline and cortisol too.

But maybe we couldn’t express the fight response at the time because it wasn’t safe to get angry with the abuser (because they were bigger or stronger).

As a result, that energy/emotion gets stuck – and now we walk around with a bunch of fight energy (AGGRESSION) jamming up our system and causing all kinds of problems.

If it’s not expressed consciously and in a healthy way, it comes out unconsciously… directed at ourselves or at other people or things.

We might rage at ourselves (internalization) and say…

You’re not good enough.

You don’t deserve this.

No one likes you.

Everyone’s going to find out you’re a fake.

You’re such an idiot.

…or we might rage at the people and world around us instead (externalisation).

The misdirected, misunderstood energy of aggression and the fight response may manifest into compulsive violent thoughts about ourselves or people we love – thoughts that simply pop into our head when we least expect it.

It might make it hard to sleep, focus on work or function in the world.

Or it might turn into a variety of physical health problems – digestive issues, autoimmune disorders, skin trouble, etc.

And to think…

It’s just energy seeking an outlet 🤷‍♂️

It’s not bad. It’s not good.

It’s simply energy and it WANTS to leave the body… it just needs some help.

That’s where annihilation work comes in.

In annihilation work, we tap into the most violent, aggressive, sick and twisted impulses we have and give them a voice…

…WITHOUT hurting anyone (including ourselves).

It’s tricky work and not for everyone… but it helped me in a huuuuuge way and I know it can help other people too.

Since working with the annihilation method in my own life, I’ve gone from not being able to get certain “abusers” out of my head (along with all the BS beliefs and programming from them)… to almost never thinking about them at all.

If you’d like to learn how to use the annihilation method to move anger and aggression up and out of your system, sign up for a free 7-14 trial of Rageheart with the link below…
